WinPure ListCleaner Lite is a data cleansing, list cleaning and dedupe software that cleans, corrects, de-duplicates, and standardises lists from Excel, Access, ACT!, text files and other databases. It can handle any type of lists including contact address details, email address lists, product category and price lists, sales details, student names, etc. Without special training or systems knowledge, you can increase business efficiency by transforming your current lists into more accurate, cleaner and duplicate free data, easily and cost effectively. In addition to checking for exact duplicates, the program can analyse partial strings of data in its comparison logic. The program also removes unwanted punctuation and spelling errors. This in turn will help detection of duplication, resulting in cleaner and more accurate lists. For example, if the list you're cleaning is a contacts list, removing duplicates saves on postage expenses but more importantly prevents gaining an unprofessional image of your business. Using correct and clean data will help you make more effective business plans and increase the efficiency of administrative tasks. It's easy to import and export lists directly from ACT!, Access, Excel or from any databases. The program includes free email support, and free upgrades to future 2.x versions.
